Application Process Questions

We can generally give you pre-approval within 24 hours of receiving your application.

Cashflow It Group can finance any assets relevant to your business, whether it be equipment and fitout related costs for a new store, store refurbishments, store resales or simply to replace or upgrade equipment. We also fund vehicles and trailers for mobile businesses.

Banking & Payment Questions

Within your finance contracts you will find a Direct Debit Authority. This allows the electronic transfer of your weekly payments from your nominated bank account to Cashflow It Group.

You will need to complete a new Direct Debit Authority. Click here to download this form now or you can access it from the Downloads page. Once you have completed the form, you can either scan it and email to [email protected] or fax it to 1300 659 675.

Equipment Related Questions

The ongoing servicing, maintenance and repair of equipment is your responsibility. Don’t forget that all new equipment comes with a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty.

In the first instance, you will need to call the supplier of your equipment. Check that your equipment is not still under warranty. If your equipment supplier is unable to help, please give Cashflow It Group a call and we can assist in referring you to a repairer.

Contract Related Questions

If your contract is an operating lease or a rental agreement, Cashflow It Group will email you about one month before the end of your contract term to provide you with the options available to you.

If your contract is a chattel mortgage or business loan, then your agreement will simply terminate at the end of the contract term.

Yes you can, but keep in mind equipment finance is a little different to say your home loan. Making extra repayments does not mean your weekly repayment reduces, it simply means your contract balance will be in credit and your contract can end earlier than the full term.
